Job Summary
Morayfield Tavern, established in 1988, seeks an Assistant Venue Manager to lead operations and drive service excellence as we enter a busy season. The role supports the Venue Manager in managing staff, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute operational procedures
* Train, coach and develop staff to ensure consistently high customer experience
* Lead the team, ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
* Support the Venue Manager in overall venue management and customer service delivery
Qualifications
* Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
* Extensive restaurant & bar experience
* Strong experience working in a gaming venue
* Knowledge of TAB and wagering
* Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers licence
* Desirable: CLO qualification
* Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
