About the Opportunity
We are actively recruiting across the entire Central Coast NSW, which is currently a priority growth area. This includes all suburbs from The Entrance through to Wyoming and every surrounding suburb.
We are seeking flexible and reliable Personal Care / Support Workers to provide:
- Personal Care – showering, dressing, medication assistance, manual handling
- Domestic Assistance – cleaning, cooking, laundry, shopping
- Driving & Community Access – driving to appointments, shopping, outings
- Companionship – interests, activities, conversation
What is needed to apply?
- ABN as an Independent Contractor (or willingness to obtain one)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check OR an Aged-Care-related National Police Check issued within the past 2.5 years (or willingness to obtain)
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, or higher (or currently studying) – highly regarded
- Training provided in personal care, manual handling, and basic medication support for suitable applicants
- Driver’s licence and vehicle
- Smartphone to use our Helper App, Lookout
No prior care industry experience required — our Learning & Development team will support you to build your skills.
