Hi
I'm one of the children at Only About Children Buderim.
I've been thinking... we really need some new grown-ups here.
The kind who smile even on wobbly days.
The kind who listen.
The kind who keep us safe - really safe - even when we're too busy zooming, climbing, drawing or asking a million questions.
The kind who help us feel brave enough to try new things.
The kind who want to help us learn big things, little things, and everything in between.
Right now, our campus is having a big moment of change.
The adults say it's called a "transition".
I just know it means we need more friendly, caring people who want to help make our days even better.
Who We Hope You Are
We don't mind if you want to work full-time, part-time, or casually.
And we don't mind whether you're an Educator, a Room Leader, or a Teacher.

What You'll Do Here
You'll help us explore, try, imagine, grow and learn - even when we wobble or feel unsure.
You'll keep us safe, every moment of every day, in ways we can feel even if we can't explain them.
You'll help us make friends, understand our feelings, and believe in ourselves.
And if you're a Room Leader or a Teacher...
you'll help guide the other grown-ups too.
You'll help the whole room feel calm, connected and joyful.
You'll probably also get glitter in your hair and paint on your clothes.
(We think that means you're doing the job right )
