We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our collaborative HR team at HR Partners by Randstad.

In this role, you will play a key part in the HR team, building strong relationships across the business while managing the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR projects.
To be successful, you should have previous experience in a similar HR position, preferably with exposure to employee relations and performance management. A degree in Human Resources or related field is desirable, as is experience in healthcare or medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
* Develop and implement HR projects to improve processes and employee engagement.
* Provide support to senior leaders on employee relations and performance management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
