We are seeking an experienced
Operations Shift Supervisor
to lead maintenance teams in a large, complex operational environment.

About the Role
You will supervise shift-based maintenance teams, ensuring safe and reliable operation of essential building services including electrical, HVAC, fire systems and plant equipment. You will coordinate emergency responses, manage contractors, and support internal stakeholders to maintain business continuity and high service standards. As a supervisor, and leader amongst the trade staff, a major focus of this role will be ensuring the continued enhancement of the workplace culture and positive attitude between the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support maintenance teams on shift
* Respond to critical plant and equipment failures
* Manage emergency and incident response
* Oversee high-risk work permits and safety compliance
* Coach and develop team members
* Liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders
About You
* Trade qualified (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC or similar)
* Experience in maintenance or operations leadership
* Strong safety, communication and people management skills
* Calm and decisive under pressure
