About the role Reporting to the Senior Accountant your duties will include but not limited to the following; Billings – raise ad-hoc and regular invoicing requests Prepare and send customer invoices in a timely manner Follow up on outstanding payments and liaise with customers regarding their accounts Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts Provide reports and analysis on the accounts receivable function Support the broader finance team as needed About you Previous experience in Accounts Receivable MYOB experience essential Excellent written and verbal communication Reliable – you can showcase recent and regular work experience Available to commence ASAP to allow for training How to apply Please apply by submitting your resume (in Word format) via the “Apply Now” tab to be considered for the role.
