Your Role
* Working in our front reception you will support our team to deliver exceptional customer service. This is a high paced role, supporting a team of 25 clinical staff.
* This role is suitable for candidates wanting 32 to 38 hours per week.
* Providing high quality customer service for our clients over the phone and via email.
* Booking client appointments and managing Physiotherapists and OT's schedules for both in clinic and our home visit team.
* Complete invoicing and collect payments for appointments.
* Complete account reconciliation within Xero.
* Assist with social media and marketing campaigns.
* Assist the Business Manager with business administration and compliance tasks.
Criteria
* Experiance working in a busy medical or allied health practice.
* Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
* Experience using medical practice management systems, such as Splose, Best Practice, Cliniko and Medipass.
* Experience with Medicare and NDIS billing
* Prior experience in managing appointment books and invoicing of clients,
* A proven history or working with XERO accounting software. Experience with booking keeping duties highly desirable.
* Previous experience working as a medical or audio typist would be desirable.
