About the Role In this role, you will support our pharmacists and help ensure prescriptions are processed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting pharmacists with dispensing prescriptions
* Packing Dose Administration Aids (Webster packs)
* Providing product knowledge and assisting with customer enquiries
* Maintaining accurate customer records
* Processing orders and managing dispensary stock
About You We are looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* A friendly and team-oriented attitude
* The ability to multitask and work efficiently
* Availability to work every 2nd Sunday
Highly Regarded
* Previous experience as a Dispense Technician or Webster Packer
* Certificate III in Community Pharmacy
* S2/S3 Certificate
* Experience using MINFOS
