At Scope, we celebrate people. We're seeking two skilled permanent part-time Support Workers.
Bowral is a high physical support site caring for male and female clients with intellectual and physical disabilities, including wheelchair users. The role involves providing personal care with dignity, using safe manual handling practices, and assisting with meal preparation and mealtime support. If you're passionate about supporting adults with complex mental health needs and disabilities in an independent living environment, in client's routines, goals, and interests, we'd love to hear from you.

Line 1 Roster
Week 1: Mon 7–9 am, Tues 2–6 pm, Wed 9:30–11:30 am & 2:20–6 pm, Sat 11–7 pm
Week 2: Thurs 9–3 pm, Fri 2:30–7 pm
Line 2 Roster
Week 1: Wed 9:30–11:30 am & 3–8 pm, Thurs 2–6 pm, Fri 2–6 pm, Sat 3–8 pm
Week 2: Thurs 2:30–7 pm, Fri 5–10 pm (Sleepover), Sat 6–9 am
Please note: You must be able to commit to every shift on the fortnightly rostered line to be considered for the position.
Requirements
We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what's important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include, mornings (6 am‑2 pm OR 7 am‑3 pm), afternoons (2 pm‑10 pm OR 3 pm‑11 pm), sleepover (5 pm‑9 am).
