About the Role
As
Manager Human Resources
, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy and fostering a high-performing, engaged, and values-based culture across the Curragh Complex. This leadership position oversees the HR function, including site accommodation and administration teams, and provides strategic and operational HR advice to leaders and employees across the business.
In this role you will:
* Lead and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose people solutions
* Manage employee relations matters and provide strategic advice to minimise industrial relations risk
* Champion performance, succession, and leadership development frameworks to build capability
* Oversee site accommodation and administration functions, ensuring effective services for employees and contractors
* Partner with community stakeholders across Blackwater and the Central Highlands to strengthen Coronado's regional presence
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, and inclusion
* Collaborate closely with site and corporate leaders to ensure alignment between people strategy and operational priorities
About You
We're seeking a hands-on and commercially minded HR leader who thrives in an operational environment and is passionate about people and culture.
You'll bring:
* Proven experience leading a HR function, ideally within mining, resources, or heavy industry
* Strong ER/IR knowledge and the confidence to influence and guide senior stakeholders
* A track record of implementing people initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and accountability
* Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to operate across multiple locations and interspersed teams
* Resilience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
