Job Role
We are hiring a Groundsperson/Garden Labourer to assist with garden maintenance tasks requiring physical stamina, attention to detail and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
* Assist with hedging, weeding, pruning and mulching.
* Operate hand tools and power equipment safely under guidance of experienced team members.
* Loading and unloading materials, plants and equipment from trucks and trailers.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools and equipment.
* Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience in landscaping or gardening is preferred.
* Lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel and stand for extended periods.
* Work outdoors in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain and sun.
* Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
* Valid Drivers Licence, White Card and Working with Children Check required.
