About the Role
This role is a mix of customer service and administration, supporting the smooth running of our busy workshop. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key role in delivering excellent service from booking to vehicle pick-up.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting customers, handling enquiries, and booking service appointments
* Communicating clearly with customers about service requirements and updates
* Preparing job cards, quotes, and invoices
* Liaising with workshop staff to ensure jobs run on time
* General office and administration duties
About You
* Prior experience in the automotive industry or a strong knowledge of motor vehicles
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong organisational and admin abilities
* Confident with computers and basic office systems
* A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
