Job Title: Customer Experience Professional
A key role in our Frankston Branch is available for a Customer Experience Professional to provide exceptional customer service and support.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, working closely with them to understand their banking requirements and providing guidance on our products and services.
As a Customer Experience Professional, you will also be responsible for:
* Supporting our customers with account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions
* Ensuring all customer details are accurate and up-to-date
* Providing training to customers on our Smarter Banking options to enhance their banking experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles
* A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and commitment to quality
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate resilience, self-motivation, and energy
* Attention to detail to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing
