Responsibilities
- Manage a tidy, well-maintained portfolio of 170 properties
- Liaise with tenants and landlords to deliver exceptional service
- Oversee rent arrears, lease renewals, and bond management
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trusted local trades

About You
- Solid experience in Property Management, confident with end-to-end portfolio management
- Current VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Strong communicator who builds trust with both landlords and tenants
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results
