OTR – Assistant Store Manager
About the Role
Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This will include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
Availability Requirements
* Tuesday: 9:00-17:00
* Wednesday: 9:00-17:00
* Thursday: 9:00-17:00
* Friday: 6:00-14:00
* Saturday: 6:00-14:30
* Applicant should have flexible availability to meet the business needs.
Qualifications
* Leadership experience in a retail/hospitality capacity
* A passion to drive your own career, and others around you, forward
* Well-developed and professional communication skills
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to others
* Ability to adapt to change
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong sense of teamwork
