4. Stakeholder and community event logistics
5. Report drafting, correspondence, and public-facing communications
6. Strategic planning and innovation assistance
7. Liaison for external stakeholders and community partners
Key qualifications include:
* Proven executive administration experience
* Excellent communication skills, including writing and editing
* Community sector experience and commitment to inclusive work
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools
* High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

* Current QLD Working with Children Blue Card or ability to obtain one
