About the Job
As a key member of our retail team, you will assist the store manager with day-to-day operations and provide leadership to your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the store manager with visual merchandising, deliveries, and stock management
* Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and managing controllable costs
* Lead the store and team in the absence of the store manager
* Provide timely feedback and encourage development within the team
Requirements
* Passionate and motivated individual with excellent communication skills
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Previous experience as a team leader or manager is advantageous
