About the Role
The Facilities and Program Delivery Assistant supports the School's corporate services and program delivery operations across multiple locations and departments. Key responsibilities include managing procurement, facilities, building maintenance, OHS inspections, security, and access needs, as well as assisting with teaching program activities like equipment setup and Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs). The role involves working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Manage Corporate Services functions across multiple school locations including monitoring of shared team email box.
* Oversee building and equipment maintenance checks and compliance. Submit and manage Service Now job tickets.
* Assist new staff and students with workplace set up and relocation. Computer reimaging and reallocation. IT asset registry.
* Office supplies, staff room and teaching consumables order management.

You will also have:
* A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and or equivalent mix of education and relevant experience
* A high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and University supported software, including in Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint

This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
