Supporting Student Literacy
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Education Assistant to support student literacy in a dynamic and inclusive school environment.

About the Role
The successful applicant will work closely with teaching staff to provide targeted support to students who require additional help with reading and writing skills.
This may involve leading small group lessons, one-on-one tutoring, and collaborating with teachers to develop engaging and effective literacy programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing tailored support to students with literacy needs
* Developing and implementing literacy programs that cater to diverse learning styles
* Collaborating with teaching staff to design and deliver high-quality lessons
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate IV in Teacher Assistance or equivalent qualification
* Accreditation to work in a Catholic school (or willingness to attain this)
* Formal training in evidence-based literacy programs such as Dibels, MiniLit, or MacqLit
