About The Role
As an Allied Health Manager you'll lead a diverse portfolio of programs – including Therapy and Behaviour Support, Family Intervention Services, Community Aged Care and more. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred, strengths-based services that are truly life-changing across children, young people, adults and aged care. Reporting to the Director of Community & Allied Health, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, team development and service innovation. The office is located at Woodrising with hybrid work options.

About You
You are a dynamic and experienced Allied Health professional with a passion for leadership, innovation and client-centred care. You bring strong operational management skills, a collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellence across NDIS, Aged Care, Education and Family Services.
You'll Need
Tertiary qualification in Allied Health and current registration with a relevant professional body
Minimum 3+ years in a leadership/management role within Allied Health
Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Check, National Police Check and Driver's Licence
Proven experience in coaching, mentoring and managing multidisciplinary teams
Strong understanding of NDIS, Aged Care and early intervention services
Excellent communication, strategic planning and budget management skills
Key Deliverables
Lead and manage Allied Health teams and funded programmes
Drive service quality, innovation and continuous improvement
Oversee recruitment, training, supervision and performance management
Ensure compliance with NDIS, Aged Care and organisational standards
Develop strategic plans, budgets and marketing initiatives
Manage incidents, audits and stakeholder relationships
Promote a culture of wellness, safety and social justice
