Make an impact at Serco
As a Clinical Nurse in the Primary Care team at Acacia Prison, you'll provide clinical assessment and intervention strategies for a diverse inmate population. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, support rehabilitation, and ensure a safe and secure environment. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Wooroloo, WA.
As a Clinical Nurse, you'll make a positive impact by:
* Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and interventions
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care
* Acting as a role model in providing holistic care
* Providing training and education to staff on clinical practices
* Managing clinical documentation and patient care plans
* Supporting the rehabilitation and reintegration of inmates

* A valid registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse with AHPRA
* Experience in clinical assessment, care planning, and discharge planning
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A commitment to ongoing professional development
* Experience working in a forensic or correctional environment (desirable)
