Account Manager, Amazon Strategic Account Services
Job ID : 2928904 | Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd
Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class level of service to Amazon’s Selling Partners? The Amazon Strategic Account Services (SAS) program aims to improve the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon by working directly with Selling Partners to enhance value, selection, and convenience across their businesses. As ecommerce grows more complex and opportunities expand, the SAS team leverages data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused strategic consultancy to support Selling Partners in achieving their goals. Our team innovates across technology, processes, and people to grow the program and enable scalable global solutions through cooperation with worldwide teams.

This is a vital opportunity to shape a key growth initiative for Amazon Australia, working alongside cross-functional teams and international colleagues.
The ideal candidate will excel at influencing external stakeholders, possess strong consulting and account management skills, have a track record of initiative-taking and data-driven decision making, and be comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
