The Rural Health Placements Officer offers an exciting opportunity to join the Monash Rural Health team and support the delivery of key strategies, programs, and initiatives across the Rural Health Education portfolio.
Responsibilities include managing placement administration, responding to enquiries, advising on policy and process, maintaining Clinical Placement Agreements across the School, and delivering high levels of customer service and supporting committees, projects and reporting.
We are seeking demonstrated experience in high-quality administrative delivery supported by strong organisational skills, sound judgement and a commitment to service excellence. Knowledge of student placement processes, data management and privacy and compliance requirements is essential alongside experience using student information systems and placement databases such as Callista, Moodle, Blackboard, InPlace or similar platforms.
Travelling to various University campuses may be part of the position, and possessing a valid driver's license is crucial for performing the responsibilities.
