**Position:** Technical Support Specialist

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide onsite technical support to clients in public school in Yuroke area.
* Assist in the management and support of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
* Collaborate with school staff to enhance their technology proficiency.
* Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of ICT infrastructure.
**Requirements:**
* Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
* Positive and customer-focused personality.
* Valid work permit and eligibility to work in Australia.
* Must possess or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Permit.
* Prior experience in the IT industry is a must.
