Warehouse Team Member Opportunity
We are seeking reliable and motivated warehouse team members to join our busy distribution center in Northgate.
About the Role
The successful candidate will begin in the dock area, assisting with picking and packing orders, boxing products for delivery, and container unloading (shared across the team). Once trained, they will progress into the voice-pick section, with the opportunity to gain high reach forklift training provided they obtain their HRWL ticket.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately pick and pack orders for distribution
* Assist with container unloading and general warehouse duties
* Operate voice-pick systems (training provided)
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Contribute to a positive and team-focused culture
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are physically fit and able to handle repetitive manual tasks. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not essential. We also require reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented approach. An eagerness to learn and develop new skills is highly valued.
