Project Director
* Lead the delivery team to generate insights and value for clients.
* Manage a team of consultants to deliver research, insights, and answers to complex problems.
* Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Collaborate with global topic leaders to integrate expertise and knowledge into projects.
Requirements:
* 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably 2-3 years in management consulting or industry-related to public sector or defence topics.
* Dedicated experience in acquisition program delivery, strategy formulation & execution, complex scenario analysis, problem-solving, climate and sustainability, people and organization, complex organizational change, future of work.
* Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, conceptual thinking, communication, story-lining, client-facing, and consulting skills.
* Ability to frame strategic challenges from a digital/tech perspective.
