As the newest member of a close-knit payroll team, you'll be right at the heart of keeping a complex, high-volume payroll ticking.
From managing end-to-end payroll for 1,300 employees across multiple sites, agreements and awards, to handling onboarding, offboarding and everything in between, no two days will look the same.
You will keep time and attendance accurate, job costing on track and provide clear answers to payroll queries with a service-first mindset.
Monthly adjustments, compliance and reporting will also be part of your rhythm.
With manual processes ready for a refresh and a new payroll system on the horizon, your ideas and expertise will directly improve how the business runs
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in high-volume payroll processing and knowledge of payroll legislation
Confident navigating complex systems (and not easily flustered when they don't talk to each other)
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities
Collaborative and customer-focused, with great communication skills
Excited by the chance to help shape new systems and processes
