About the role
You'll be the go-to person for all things people: driving culture, implementing systems, and rolling out a new performance management framework across the business. This role will require you to work closely with the HR and Operations Leaders. You will be delivering on:
* Performance Framework Implementation: Set up and run performance review meetings across 2 shifts daily, support managers, schedule reviews, and help embed a feedback culture.
* Employment Hero roll out: The heavy lifting is done, now it's your job to roll it out by uploading contracts, PDs, HR docs, and onboard all staff into the system.
* People Engagement & Culture: Boost morale by being visible, connected, and involved. Walk the floor, build relationships, and be the culture champion we need.
* HR Operations & Support: Handling contracts, onboarding, recruitment support, and generalist HR administration.
* HR Advice and Support: Providing managers with guidance and coaching on employee matters, ensuring alignment with relevant legislation and internal processes.
* Nice to Have: A working knowledge of WHS and safety systems to support our operational focus.
About You
You will need to be an adaptable and people focussed HR professional who isn't precious. There is a lot to do and you will need to get your hands dirty. Ideally we are looking for:
* 2–5 years' experience in a similar HR or People & Culture role
* Strong initiative, approachable, and confident working across process and production staff and teams
* Systems savvy (ideally with Employment Hero or similar platforms)
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* A natural people connector, genuine, positive, and committed to making a difference
