About the role
CJH Builders' is seeking experienced Carpenters joiner to join our dynamic team in Sydney NSW and Central Coast Regional. As a Carpenter, you will play a vital role in the construction and renovation of residential properties. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and collaborate with a skilled team of construction professionals.
What you'll be doing
* Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to complete carpentry tasks
* Residential renovations and restorations. Kitchen and bathroom renovations
* Framing/structural works. Small day jobs like skirtings, doors, windows, architraves etc.
* Performing various carpentry duties such as framing, fit out, building staircases, and constructing cabinetry
* Using a range of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials
* Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards
* Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project delivery
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
What we're looking for
* Must have over 5 years carpentry or Joinery experience
* Must have current industry carpentry certifications and carpentry licence
* Skills and experience in all types of carpentry, framing, fit out, cladding
* Must have own transport and be able to travel around Sydney
* White card
* Own tools for all aspects of carpentry
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work unsupervised
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
