The role
Join a global organisation where you'll play a key role supporting and improving critical SaaS platforms across Salesforce and Atlassian. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats across systems administration, stakeholder support, business analysis and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing:
- Administering and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud including users, permissions, flows, reports, dashboards and configuration changes.
- Managing and optimising Atlassian products including Jira and Confluence workflows, permissions, automations and governance.
- Partnering with stakeholders across Australia, Europe and the Americas to resolve issues, gather requirements and deliver scalable business solutions.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud).
- 2+ years Jira/Confluence administration experience.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) highly regarded.
- Someone proactive, adaptable and eager to learn.
