**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Planning Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with our planning department to ensure the smooth processing of essential applications, documentation, and administrative tasks across multiple regions.
* Submit applications for electricity, gas, and NBN connections.
* Organize final meter reads post-handover.
* Lodge OC documents with councils and certifiers.
* Apply for water meters, driveways, and plumbing & drainage approvals.
* Collaborate with the Estimation team to support job ordering and schedule management.
* Liaise with trades and suppliers regarding POs, plans, and selections.
* Maintain digital filing, progress photos, and project management software.
* Provide administrative support to internal departments and respond to phone enquiries.
* Set up and manage construction folders and documentation checklists.
* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving coordination issues when they arise.
**About You:**
* 2 years experience within an office or administrative environment preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
* Comfortable with digital tools and project management software.
* Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
