About the opportunity
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will lead the approved kindergarten program, designing and delivering play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and support school transition.
This role focuses on supporting the vital developmental milestones of 4–5-year-olds, including early literacy, numeracy, social and emotional skills, self-regulation, and resilience.
Your curriculum will bridge kindergarten and school readiness, helping children enter formal schooling confident, curious and capable.
Key responsibilities
Lead a high-quality kindergarten program aligned to the approved learning framework
Create learning experiences that build children's foundational literacy and numeracy skills
Foster children's social and emotional development, independence, and resilience
Build strong partnerships with families through clear, consistent communication
Mentor and guide colleagues in pedagogy and best practice
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
What you bring
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
Ideally, 12+ monthsof experience as a Kindergarten Teacher / ECT in Australia
Confidence in leading educational programs, engaging families, and mentoring colleagues
Availability for full-time or part-time hours, with flexibility across rosters
