Enrolled Nurse - Community Nursing
Join our dedicated Community Nursing team at Central Coast Local Health District base at Woy Woy and make a real difference to clients in their homes and in clinic settings.
We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated nurse to job the team.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play a vital role in providing expert wound care, helping clients manage acute, chronic, and complex wounds and supporting their journey to recovery and independence.

About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse in our Community Nursing service, you will:
- Deliver safe and evidence-based wound care in home and clinic environments.
- Support patients with both short-term and long-term wound management needs.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses, GPs, allied health, and other health professionals.
- Educate patients and carers on wound care, prevention, and self-management strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, ensuring best practice standards are maintained.

About You
You are an Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about wound care and committed to making a difference in the community. You will bring:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with qualifications for medication administration, including IV.
- A current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Clinical knowledge and skills relevant to community nursing and wound management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- The ability to prioritise, organise your workload, and adapt in a changing environment.
- A commitment to Caring for the Coast and to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care.
