This full-time, onsite role is in a Melbourne office.

- Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1-on-1 support to the CEO
* Manage correspondence and phone calls expertly as the first point of contact
* Handle scheduling, calendar, CRM, and email management efficiently
* Perform data entry and file processing tasks
* Execute general administration duties
* Create and review documents
* Carry out personal support duties as needed
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a PA or in a business support capacity, preferably within the financial services sector
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* Exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and quick thinking
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Expertise in scheduling and diary management
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative support role
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom; familiarity with other software tools is advantageous
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
