**About The Role**
This is a fixed term full-time role (12 month parental leave cover) based at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton. The Team Coordinator may need to travel to and from other Monash Health sites as required.
The Team Coordinator is a highly visible and respected customer service role which significantly contributes to ensuring that the Strategy, Transformation & Projects team (and the governance it supports) run smoothly. This position is responsible for providing high level support to a General Manager, Clinical Director, and the wider team. It will require coordination of governance processes across the organisation including reporting submissions, systems maintenance & process development. It will also require minor Executive Assistant duties for the General Manager and Clinical Director. Respect for and demonstrated commitment to observing confidentiality will be paramount. The role will interact with a wide range of key stakeholders through day to day duties as required.

- Demonstrated experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in governance processes, reporting, and systems maintenance is highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in using productivity software and tools.
- A positive and collaborative attitude, with a knack for bringing fun and enjoyment to the workplace.
- Actively participate in project planning, coordination, and implementation under the guidance of the General Manager.
**What You Need**:
- Experience within the Health sector would be highly regarded.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Highly advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Office 365, SharePoint and PowerBI.
- Ability to work as part of a team, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or similar (desirable).
