We are seeking a customer-focused and experienced Warranty Site Manager to join our Geelong and Metro Melbourne Homecare team. This role will predominantly be in Geelong and surrounding suburbs, with the office based in Derrimut. Role coverage extends into the Metro western fringe, from Werribee through to Point Cook.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that all customers receive prompt responses and follow up on all matters raised, and ensure that commitments given are resolved in a timely manner
* Ensure on-site works are undertaken to Metricon and current industry standards
* Attend required department office days, and play an active part in team development
* Progress efficiently through the diagnostic and action stages of each allocated home
* Maintain up-to-date recording where required with all reports

Qualifications
* Experience in the building industry (preferably within the volume new home environment), ideally within carpentry
* Strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations and QA systems
* Experience in developing and managing organisational and external networks in a time-critical environment, particularly with trades
* A customer-focused approach with exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
* Cert IV in Building is highly regarded
