Heavy Vehicle Trainer Position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced heavy vehicle trainer to join our team in Launceston, Tasmania. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training plans that align with industry standards and learner needs
* Conduct hands-on training sessions that provide learners with practical skills and knowledge
* Assess learner progress and provide feedback to improve their performance
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Heavy vehicle trade certificate (essential)
* Current Cert IV in Training & Assessment (essential)
* Experience as a mentor, trainer or teacher
