Operations Manager to Top Performing Agent

About the Role

As the Team Operations Manager, you will work closely with the lead agent to ensure the business operates with precision, efficiency, and an unwavering standard of client care. This position plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, leading and managing the team, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives to ensure seamless execution across all functions.

The role requires a forward-thinking professional who introduces new systems, processes, and improvements to streamline workflow, strengthen team performance, and optimize operational clarity across the business. It is the central engine room of the team – overseeing processes, people, performance, compliance, campaign flow, and client experience from start to finish.

In this fast-paced and rewarding position, the Operations Manager serves as the primary point of coordination for all facets of the business. From managing daily operations and facilitating client communications to overseeing marketing, administration, and campaign execution, this role is integral to maintaining structure, consistency, and excellence across every touchpoint of the client journey.


Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day operations of the business and ensure all workflows, systems, and communication channels are running efficiently.
* Manage and support team members, ensuring consistent performance and accountability across the business.
* Implement systems to improve productivity, scale the business, and support growth.
* Coordinate all listing, marketing, and sales campaigns to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
* Manage team KPIs, marketing reviews, and provide performance insights for the team.
* Liaise with photographers, videographers, stylists, and suppliers for campaign preparation.
* Provide proactive vendor and buyer communication to ensure an exceptional client experience throughout every stage of the sales process.
* Oversee all listing administration, contract checks, and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
* Maintain the database, monitor lead activity, and support buyer and vendor engagement strategies to enhance conversion and client experience.
