About The Role
We're looking for an organised and detail‐oriented administrator who thrives in a fast‐paced environment. You will efficiently manage diverse tasks, assisting the audiobook production teams while ensuring high levels of accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
As you grow into the role, you'll be exposed to all parts of the audiobook production process—from casting narrators to supporting live studio recordings and helping with data management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Support production with varied administrative tasks
* Manage file systems, update schedules and process data entry
* Maintain accuracy in all database management
* Assist with scheduling narrators and coordinating studio bookings
* Help process invoices, and organise production materials
* Communicate with talent, agents, publishers, and team members to support smooth audiobook production
* Support casting by helping identify and liaise with narrators
* Assist with preparing documentation, production contracts, and internal records
* Ensure a high standard of accuracy in all administrative tasks
* Editing and proofreading
About You
* Strong administrative experience with high attention to detail.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
* Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive mindset, adaptability to new software, and a process‐driven approach.
* An interest in audio, media, books, or publishing.
