Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* A degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations is preferred.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in strategic and operational capacities.
* Proven track record of working collaboratively with senior leadership to drive business objectives.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships across organizational levels.
