Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) oversees all harness racing activity in Victoria. We work closely with rural and regional communities to develop a sustainable industry promoting participation, integrity, and racing excellence.

The Opportunity
HRV seeks an Integrity Operations Manager within its Flemington Head Office, reporting into the General Manager of Integrity. The Integrity Department plays a key role in upholding the industry's integrity through investigations and stewards.
The successful candidate will ensure all areas of Integrity follow appropriate processes, initiate and manage special projects to enhance performance and efficiency, and consult with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies for maintaining integrity across the industry
* Manage investigations and provide expert advice on animal welfare and racing conduct
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive change and improve outcomes
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have strong appreciation for regulations and compliance, as well as well-developed judgement, leadership, planning, and organisational skills. You will also possess highly developed collaboration and engagement skills, including negotiation, liaison, and influencing colleagues and stakeholders.

Other Requirements
The successful applicant must be willing to undergo background checks and possess a current Victorian motor vehicle driver's licence. Some travel between HRV head office and country clubs may be required.
