Our client seeks a technology leader to design and implement an enterprise-wide strategy for Workforce Management Technologies & Integrations. This role is based in Sydney and requires expertise in workforce systems, job scheduling, HR processes and systems, timesheeting, payroll, and cloud modernization projects.Role Overview :As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a key strategic role in reviewing, designing, and optimizing business systems across the organization. You will evaluate and integrate Workforce Management Technologies, ensuring seamless operations across scheduling, HR, payroll, and timesheeting systems. Additionally, you will lead cloud modernization initiatives, supporting the organization’s digital transformation journey.Key Responsibilities :Develop and execute an enterprise-wide Workforce Management & Business Systems Strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.Lead the review, selection, integration, and optimization of job scheduling, HR systems, payroll, and timesheeting solutions.Drive cloud modernization projects, supporting migrating legacy systems to modern cloud-based platforms.Work closely with key business units, IT teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, integrated technology solutions.Define and implement enterprise architecture frameworks, best practices, and governance standards.Conduct technology assessments and recommend system upgrades, integrations, and new solutions.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all business applications.Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insights on emerging technologies and their impact on workforce management.Required Qualifications and Skills :Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect, Business Systems Lead, or similar senior technology role.Strong expertise in Workforce Management Systems, including job scheduling, HR, payroll, and timesheeting solutions.Proven experience in system integrations and optimizing complex business processes.Hands-on experience with cloud modernization projects, including migrating legacy systems to cloud platforms.Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, governance, and best practices .Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions .Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Technology One, Monday.com, Infor, Dayforce.Preferred Qualifications :Experience working in large-scale facilities management, construction, or workforce-heavy industries .Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in modern DevOps environments.Join Our Team :This is a unique opportunity to shape the technology landscape of a leading global facilities management organization.
