The Role : Reporting to the Managing Director, you will support one of the company's major suppliers, which involves: Managing procurement directly from the supplier Coordinating transport, importation, and customs clearance Liaise with 3rd-party logistics partners for warehousing and distribution Oversee invoicing and shipment to domestic customers Ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations Skills & Experience Proficiency in MYOB or similar accounting/ERP systems Experience in freight management, procurement, logistics, and inventory control Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills for supplier and partner coordination Attention to detail in documentation and invoicing What We Offer Friendly small team environment Flexible part-time hours - 3 days a week - 5 hours a day Opportunity to work closely with suppliers and logistics partners Potential to increase hours in due course We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
