Quality Assurance Officer
This is a role that requires hands-on experience in stainless steel fabrication, pharmaceutical-grade installations, and data centre projects. It suits recent graduates who are looking for practical knowledge in these areas.
Main Responsibilities:
* To prepare quality assurance documentation including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Material Data Records (MDRs), and As-Built records. Also, to complete and file quality assurance paperwork from the workshop and site teams.
* To assist in preparing project documentation like submissions, transmittals, and handover packs. Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* To support procurement activities such as raising purchase requests and checking supplier documentation.
* To contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and templates by providing regular feedback and suggestions.
* To work collaboratively with project managers, trades, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
About You:
* You must have recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Process/Chemical Engineering.
* Strong attention to detail and good written communication skills are essential for this role.
* Able to comfortably work with technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
* You should be able to collaborate effectively with project managers, trades, and suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Holding a Construction Induction Card (White Card) is preferred but not necessary.
* Having exposure to stainless steel piping, fabrication, or industrial installations through university projects, work placements, or casual work is beneficial.
* Interest in pharmaceutical, biotech, or data centre projects would be an added advantage.
