What you’ll do:
* Deliver exceptional nursing care to enhance patient outcomes.
* Coordinate care plans and assess individual patient needs.
* Lead health education, counselling, and rehabilitation initiatives.
* Support colleagues, including Enrolled Nurses and student nurses.
* Engage in ongoing learning and contribute to quality improvement.
* Foster strong, respectful relationships across the care team.
What we’re looking for:
* Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Excellent communication, critical thinking, and collaborative skills.
* A patient-first mindset with adaptability and a drive for continuous improvement.
* Sound knowledge of nursing/midwifery legislation, ethics, and professional standards.
