Key Role in Our Culinary Team
We are seeking skilled cooks to fill essential positions in our Australia-based culinary team.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery or Higher
* At least two years' experience in both Vietnamese and/or French cuisine
* Experience in grilled, hot pot, and wok cooking techniques
* Good knowledge of food safety
Bilingual skills in Vietnamese and English are highly valued.
You will work collaboratively with a professional team of chefs and support staff in a dynamic kitchen environment.
