Role Purpose:
Support the agency’s digital marketing services by managing the daily execution of campaigns, ensuring client projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will handle various tasks, from building campaigns and analysing data to contributing to internal systems and processes. Your work will directly underpin our strategic aim of creating scalable and consistent value across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Management
* Implement and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search (PPC), social media, SEO, and email marketing.
* Create and schedule content, manage ad creatives, and assist with keyword research.
* Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics, finding opportunities for optimisation.
* Support the setup and maintenance of digital platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, HighLevel).
Reporting & Analytics
* Compile data from various sources (e.g., GA4, Meta Ads Manager) to create performance reports for the Head of Digital and clients.
* Ensure data accuracy and assist in analysing campaign results to inform future strategy.
* Track billable hours and project progress to support the team’s efficiency goals.
Systems & Support
* Help implement and use standardised workflows and templates for tasks like client onboarding and performance reporting.
* Contribute to the documentation of processes and knowledge transfer to ensure consistency across projects.
* Provide administrative and technical support for digital projects as needed.
