The Marketing Program Associate will work closely with our team of sales representatives to construct campaigns to meet client objectives. Essential job functions**:
- Support Sales in architecting lead generation campaigns for success, understanding TechTarget's database and conversion metrics.
- Interact regularly with internal Sales teams and Product Management in regard to proposal creation and campaign setup.
- Communicate clearly through a digital tracking platform.
- Experience in utilizing analytical algorithms (maths) to build a marketing campaign related to delivery and budgets.
- SaaS tool formatting and submission between regions and departments.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
- 1+ years of relevant, marketing or digital campaigns experience, though recent graduates will be considered.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding maths skills.
- Ability to analyze key metrics and interpret them into actionable data points;
- Strong organizational skills.
