From concept to creation, all of the organisation's manufactured goods are designed and assembled within this local Australian factory, in Goulburn, NSW.
Today, all of the company's products and prefabricated formwork systems feature in over 4,000 buildings – including some of Australia's most iconic landmarks – and are making their mark internationally, as well.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, proactive and adaptable HSE Advisor to support and enhance our safety, environmental, and quality systems across the business.
This role suits someone who can think quickly, work autonomously, and approach challenges with practical, "outside-the-box" solutions. You'll work closely with site leaders and teams to ensure compliance while continuously improving systems and behaviours.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the implementation and maintenance of HSE management systems
* Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments
* Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
* Provide practical advice on safety, environmental, and quality matters
* Support training initiatives, toolbox talks, and safety communications
* Assist with environmental and quality compliance requirements
* Maintain and update HSE documentation and registers
* Promote a positive, proactive safety culture across the workforce
About You
You will bring a strong understanding of safety principles, with proven well-rounded experience across safety, environmental and quality systems. You'll need to display that you are confident engaging with people at all levels and are comfortable adapting your approach to suit different situations.
Key requirements include:
* Minimum Cert IV in Work Health and Safety
* Cert IV in Training & Assessment (highly regarded)
* Experience across safety, environment, and/or quality systems
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
* Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
