Here, our teammates are united by our mission, and take ownership in creating a healthy workplace environment that promotes strong bodies, clear minds, and a culture of respect and belonging for all.Note to applicants: This role has the potential to work remote outside of Sydney, Australia.Who You Are:As Nutrabolt's Trade Marketing Manager, you will work to manage retail marketing efforts, develop programming, and support the AU/NZ National Marketing Manager in focusing on velocity driving activities that help to achieve our sales goal for the beverage and active nutrition business.This role is eligible to participate in our Nutrabolt Bonus Plan.What You're Good At:Develop strategic plan and targets, which underpin business and marketing goals.
Ensure these targets are met and regularly report performance against targets to the AU/NZ National Marketing Manager and SVP of InternationalOversee the development of annual marketing plans for Food, Drug, Mass, Convenience and Specialty channels.
Ensure these plans excite our key retail partners, drive velocity, engage our target consumers, bring our brand stories to life, and support new product launchesAttend retail account calls, in person and virtually, pitching customized programmingTrack and communicate shopper marketing trends, insights, and best practicesWork cross-functionally to ensure shopper marketing activities align and compliment functional (Field, Athlete/ Influencer, Social, Digital) marketing programs, forming a cohesive and complimentary marketing approachDrive cross-functional collaboration, with a particular focus on forming close partnerships with the Field Sales and National Accounts teamsProvide recommendations for disruptive programming and tools to gain consumer share of mind within retail; overseeing the planning, development, execution and tracking of these activitiesMaximize opportunities to drive sell-in and sell-through, including: commercialization decks, annual plans and programmingWork closely with internal and external business partners to craft selling stories that differentiate our brandsBuild and nurture valuable relationships with external partners including distributors and key customers, particularly within their marketing departmentsReport on programming performance, sharing both analytical insights and key takeaways, applying learnings to future programmingSupport international beverage and powder business development in conjunction with its growthPartner with peers and other internal partners (Innovation, Marketing team, Finance, and Supply Chain) to ensure projects meet milestones and budgets/ROIDevelop and manage annual budgetsWhat You Contribute:Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing or related field5+ years' experience in trade, shopper, and/or field marketingHighly developed leadership skills and management experienceProven team player with an ability to develop quality cross-functional relationshipsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under pressureSuperior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, being comfortable with presenting / public speakingComputer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookExperience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods preferredAbility to travel and necessary to the businessWhy Nutrabolt?
